Max Seibert (b. March 6, 1948) passed away on Thursday, February 29th, 2024, of heart failure. Eldest son of the late Israel and Florence Seibert, Max is survived by his sister, Mary Seibert, and brother, Jeff Seibert. He leaves behind nephews, Ryan and David Josefovsky, Daniel Seibert and niece Hannah Seibert. Max was a caring social worker at Emerson North Hospital and businessman at Apex Furniture, founded by his father. He attended Walnut Hills High School, Penn State University and graduated from the University of Wisconsin and the University of Cincinnati with a master’s degree in social work. A devoted student of Indian spiritualist, Meher Babe, Max and his beloved dog, Lucky, were longtime residents of Pleasant Ridge. Services were held at Weil Kahn Funeral Home on Sunday, March 3rd, 2024, beginning at 2:00 PM. Burial was held at Golf Manor Cemetery, 2111 Anderson Ferry Road, Cincinnati, OH, 45238. Memorial contributions may be sent to the U.S. Holocaust Museum or a charity of the donor’s choice.
