Introducing the Israelite’s new microbrewery writer, Natalie Emerson

Enjoying life with my husband of 36 years, Tim, and our dog, Roscoe, while experimenting with AI-generated illustrations, videos and graphic design. Our pastimes include hiking, writing reviews, visiting museums, parks, restaurants and art fairs. Additionally, we enjoy traveling to scuba and land-based adventure destinations, exploring the underwater world, ancient historical landmarks and other interesting places.

My graphic design experience includes a BFA from Miami University. It began in the days when artists were flesh and blood, and machines, as far as I know, were incapable of producing impressive, intriguing artwork with a few keystrokes. Primarily, I worked in graphic packaging design at various organizations, including The James River Corporation, Hulefeld and LPK (Libby, Perszyk, Kathman). Volunteer work throughout the years includes event photography for People Working Cooperatively and graphic design for Answers in Genesis. The amazing platforms I’ve been using lately transform words into videos and thoughts into illustrations. Sure, people in the images can end up with six fingers, but it’s a small price to pay for instant art.
