On Thursday, April 9, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Mayerson JCC will be hosting the next installment of its ongoing class, “The Joy of Journaling.” In this creative class, all are welcome to discover the joy of journaling and learn some of the best ways in which to get started. Each class explores the positive impact journaling can have on your overall health and well-being.
Journaling is the simple, yet effective practice of regularly recording your thoughts, feelings and observations, and it serves as one of the best forms of self-reflection there is. Among other things, journaling is known to help reduce stress, anxiety and depression and can help boost self-awareness and memory.
