On Wednesday, January 14, the Mayerson JCC will begin hosting the ongoing event, “Judaism 101.” This event is a special educational class for anyone interested in learning more about the Jewish faith, and it is open to anyone who wants to come.
Whether you’re looking to deepen your understanding of Judaism, considering converting to the faith or find yourself interested in exploring Judaism’s rich tradition, then this class is probably for you.
Rabbi Sammy Kanter will lead each learning session and discussion, where the fundamental concepts of Judaism and theology will be explored at length. Participants will also be encouraged to build relationships with one another.
People of all faiths and backgrounds are welcomed! “Judaism 101” will run through the rest of January into late March.
