On Sunday, December 14, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Adath Israel Congregation welcomes you and your family and friends to a joyful and memorable Hanukkah celebration. Every Hanukkah acts as a meaningful time for families, friends and neighbors to come together to share their light, tradition and joy. Like each year before, Adath Israel’s hosting a Hanukkah celebration you won’t soon forget!

When attendees of the event first arrive, they will gather for a Menorah lighting from 6:10 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. This will be one of the highlights of the night, serving as a powerful symbol of unity.

After the candles are lit, dinner will be served. Dinner will be accompanied by some familiar Hanukkah songs, setting both a warm and festive atmosphere for the diners.

During the first half hour of dinner, attendees will get to enjoy classic holiday treats, from fresh sufganiyot to crispy latkes, the traditional foods so many people look forward to each year. The children will also be able to busy themselves by spinning dreidels, filling the room with their laughter and excitement.

At 6:45 p.m., Adath Israel’s live band will begin a 30-minute set, providing lively music as everyone approaches the end of their meal.

Then, around 7:15 p.m., the evening will truly come alive with a performance by a fire dancer — a crowd-favorite moment that brings the celebration to a brilliant, unforgettable close.

Hanukkah at Adath Israel is more than an event — it’s a cherished opportunity for the community to come together, celebrate tradition and share in the enduring light of the holiday. Register online where there is a fee for admission.
