On Saturday, November 1, from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Rockdale Temple will be hosting a celebration of the Rockdale Temple Sisterhood’s (now Women of Rockdale) successful and nationally acclaimed hors d’oeuvres cookbooks, which were published in 1975, 1981 and 1990. This special event intends to honor the women who created these cookbooks.
The Women of Rockdale make it their mission to create caring communities and encourage personal and spiritual growth. “Celebrating 50 Years of In the Beginning” promises to attend to these goals, while also venerating some important entries in the Women of Rockdale’s history.
