The Mayerson JCC continues to offer a robust lineup of activities for all ages this summer. The Summer Fun Finale will take place Sunday, August 11, from 6:30 – 9:30 p.m. This end of summer celebration will offer games, sports, crafts and snacks to end the summer with a bang! No grown-ups allowed. Registration fee is required. Check the JCC website for more details.

Pokemon fans can come to the J on Wednesday, September 4 to hone their Pokemon skills or learn how to play. The game takes place from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. and a fee is required. Dinner is provided for all participants. Players must be aged 5-13.

The JCC will also be hosting a showing of Nathan Silver’s newest film “Between the Temples.” The film features Jason Schwartzman and Carol Kane. Schwartzman is most widely known for his appearances in Wes Anderson films, most recently in “Asteroid City.” In “Between the Temples,” he plays a cantor whose life is upended when his grade school music teacher becomes a Bat Mitzvah student. The film will be screened at the Mariemont Theatre, Monday, August 19, from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.
