Jacob Brafman’s Hanukkah party
This Hanukkah party is an annual event at Jacob Brafman’s house. He invites his Wyoming middle school basketball team and serves donuts. They light the Chanuka candles. He is the only Jewish player on the team, so the family likes to introduce Hanukkah to his friends. Dads normally attend, but this year it was Moms.

Dr. Ben Reed and Keeley Twombly
Dr. Ben Reed, son of Barbara and Michael Reed of Cincinnati is engaged to marry Keeley Twombly, daughter of Cynthia Olsen and Kenneth Twombly in November of 2026.
The couple met at a singles event in Chattanooga when they were living and working there. Keeley Twombly graduated from University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. After attending Brandeis University and Dartmouth University, Ben graduated from Wright State School of Medicine. He works as a neonatologist.
Ben’s grandparents are Lora Reed and the late Thomas Reed and the late Sally and Roy White. Keeley’s Grandparents are Allen and Barbara Olsen, William and Sandra Twombly, and Margaret Twombly.
The couple will marry in North Georgia, where Ben’s uncle, Maurice White will perform the ceremony. They plan to live and work in the Denver area when they are not in the mountains hiking and skiing.
Shelby Penn and Zachary Fritzhand
Shelby Penn of Madeira, Ohio and Zachary Fritzhand of Blue Ash, Ohio, were married on Friday, January 9, 2026, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Following an intimate ceremony under the Chuppah, a festive weekend of celebrations took place at Louvino and Carlo and Johnny’s.
Shelby is VP of Strategic Growth and Business Development at Compass Group USA. She is the daughter of Monica Penn and Scott and Cathy Penn. Zachary is a Customer Success Manager at Navina. He is the son of Laurel and Aaron Fritzhand.
The couple met in Cincinnati in 2022. Following their honeymoon in Mexico, France and Italy, the couple resides in Chicago, Illinois.
Dovi Weisberg and Esther Malka Burstyn
Ari and Chana Weisberg and the extended Weisberg and Moskowitz family of Cincinnati are pleased to announce Dovi’s marriage to Esther Malka Burstyn. Her parents are Yaakov and Devorah Burstyn of Miami. Her grandparents are Rabbi & Mrs. Gross of Toronto and Mr. Marshall and Gila Mauer of Chicago. His grandparents were Herman and Shari Moskowitz of Cincinnati and Rabbi Yankel and Henchy Weisberg of Lakewood, New Jersey. Their wedding was in Lakewood, NJ. The couple will be residing in Lakewood. Dovi will be learning in yeshiva, while Esther Malka is finishing school to be a sonographer.
Dani Marty and Adam Frankel
Dani Marty of Minnesota (Twin Cities) and Adam Frankel of Wyoming, Ohio married on July 11, 2025. Adam’s uncle Phil Mason officiated at a ceremony with their immediate families in Minnesota on August 9, and the couple held a reception at the Kenwood Country Club in Cincinnati on September 20.
After a wonderful helicopter tour of Cincinnati, Dani and Adam got engaged in Eden Park. They honeymooned in New Zealand.
Sara and Allan Frankel are Adam’s parents. His grandparents are Dr. G Russell and Renée Frankel and the late Jack and Jean Ann Grubbs. Dani’s parents are Liz and Jon Marty. Her grandparents are Liz Hopwood and the late Dr. Herbert Hopwood and the late Lavonne and Dr. Victor Marty.
The couple met at Purdue University where they studied engineering and met working on an engineering group project. They live in Cincinnati where they both work as industrial engineers.
