Rockwern Academy invites all parents for a living room chat about how to reclaim children’s humanity in the digital age.
Led by local pediatrician, Dr. Micah Resnick, the chat will center around “The Anxious Generation,” Jonathan Haidt’s newest book, that explores how social media, smartphones, and helicopter parenting are negatively affecting childhood development, leading to an epidemic of mental illness.
Do not worry if you have not read the book. Come and join other parents for a wide-ranging chat that will be relevant for all!
