The Jewish Home of Cincinnati will host its annual meeting Thursday, May 16 at Rockdale Temple Social Hall from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. At the meeting, JHC’s grant programs and activities will be discussed. Attendees will also bid farewell to current Board Chair Jan Frankel. Alan Eichner, the new Board Chair, will also be installed at the meeting. Eichner is currently the chair-elect and runs Eichner Investment Planning, LLC in Cincinnati.

On February 1, JHC announced a new round of funded programs for the Cincinnati community. It is likely that the impact of those programs will be highlighted and celebrated at the upcoming annual meeting. JHC’s Grant Committee includes co-chairs Tovah Kirschner and John Silverman, as well as Board Chair Jan Frankel, Patti Heldman, Jeanne Schmerler, Ernesto Levy, and JHC Treasurer Beth Guttman. The new round of funding includes programming for The Mayerson JCC, Jewish Family Service, The Nancy & David Wolf Holocaust & Humanity Center, Rockwern Academy, Northern Hills Synagogue, The UC Foundation (Ollie at Adath), Cincinnati Community Kollel, JEEP (Jewish Education for Every Person), The Skirball Museum, the Klau Library, the Amberley Village Police Department, and Jewish Federation of Cincinnati’s SAFE Cincinnati Security Fund.

Light snacks and wine will be served at the upcoming meeting.
