Harry comes home from work one day and says to his wife, “Kitty, just for once, please don’t start telling me about all the troubles you encountered today. Instead, why don’t you ask what happened to me today?”
Kitty remains silent.
“So ask already,” says Harry.“What kind of day did I have? Go on, just ask will you?”
Kity relents. “OK Harry, so what happened?”
At this, Harry buries his head in his hands, moans, and says, “What happened? Oy veh, Kitty, better you shouldn’t ask.”
