Strong Moms Society: Bounce Edition

By Jeffrey Catalano

On Sunday, April 12, from 1:30 p.m. to 2:15 p.m., Mayerson JCC will be hosting a fitness class at Define, a fitness studio in Oakley. JCC’s “Strong Moms Society” will be returning with Bounce—a trampoline-based fitness experience at Define.

Bounce, also known as rebounding, is an excellent form of cardio that’s easy on your knees and joints. The trampolines a typical Bounce class incorporates engage your core, balance and stabilizing muscles, while the up-and-down motion of the trampoline helps boost circulation and supports the lymphatic system. Bounce is an effective full-body workout that tends to feel more like play than punishment.

Join “Strong Moms Society” on April 12 in the heart of Oakley Square for a Bounce class at Define, where you’ll get a good workout in and be able to connect with other local moms. Should you want to attend, there is a fee for admission.
