Submitted by Wise Temple

Isaac M. Wise Temple invites adults to participate in “Wise Aging: Living with Joy, Resilience, & Spirit,” a four-week course designed to explore the opportunities and challenges of aging with intention and meaning.

Led by Wise Temple member Amy Katz, the series will take place on Wednesdays—April 15, 22, 29 and May 6, 2026—from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Wise Center.

Geared primarily for individuals ages 55–75, this course creates space for authentic, thoughtful conversation about navigating life’s transitions, cultivating resilience and embracing joy in the years ahead. Drawing on the teachings and practical tools from “Wise Aging: Living with Joy, Resilience, & Spirit” by Rabbi Rachel Cowan and Dr. Linda Thal, participants will engage in meaningful dialogue rooted in Jewish wisdom and shared experience.
