Philip Jay Schwartz, 83, passed away August 18, 2025, beloved husband of the late Karen Schwartz, loving father of Robb (Bea) Schwartz and Ethan (Shawnda) Schwartz, devoted grandfather of Kurt Schwartz, Melissa (Ken) Kundert, Scott (Jenn) Newman, dear great-grandfather of Alex, Andrew, Kellie (James) Stapleton, Julia, Logan and Charlie, caring great-great-grandfather of Sienna Rose Steleton, brother of the late Ira (Ruth) Schwartz.
Funeral services were held on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at Weil Kahn Funeral, 8350 Cornell Road Cincinnati, Ohio 4529 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation beginning at 10:30 a.m.. Burial will follow at United Jewish Cemetery of Clifton, 730 Ludlow Avenue Cincinnati, Ohio 45220. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the American Red Cross, the Alzheimer’s Association or the American Cancer Society.
