Dr. Mark Mandell-Brown
Dr. Mark Mandell-Brown has for the second year in a row hit the perfect trifecta. The Montgomery and Springboro based plastic surgeon has once again been named “Best Plastic Surgeon” by CityBeat 2025, “Best Cosmetic/Plastic Surgeon” Cincinnati Enquirer and “Top Doc” Plastic Surgery in Cincinnati Magazine 2025.
“To be name the best in one of the polls is fortunate, but to be named the best in all three polls two years in a row is a testament to Dr. Mandell-Brown’s commitment to his patients and commitment to excellence,” stated current fellow, Dr. David Iannitti.
Dr. Mandell-Brown provides a one year cosmetic fellowship sponsored through the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Iannitti, who had his own fellowship training program in hepatobiliary cancer surgery in Charlotte, North Carolina, decided to give up his teaching position at the Atrium Health Center to pursue cosmetic training with Dr. Mandell-Brown.
According to Dr. Iannitti, who was also a prior professor of general surgery at Brown University, of the 30 general cosmetic surgery fellowships sponsored by the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, Dr. Mandell-Brown’s program in Cincinnati was the best.
“Our training is dedicated to developing the next generation of cosmetic surgeons so the techniques I acquired can be continued in the future,” stated Dr. Mandell-Brown. “We are fortunate to have great staff, appreciative patients and a newly renovated facility equipped with two operating rooms,” commented the #1 plastic surgeon.
With special interest in face lifts, eyelid surgery and rhinoplasty, the Mandell-Brown Plastic Surgery Center also features tummy tuck, breast lifts and augmentation as well as liposuction.

StarPoint Home Care
Jewish Family Service is now providing personal caregiving services through the acquisition of Cedar Village Home Care. Renamed StarPoint Home Care, caregivers are available 24/7 to help older adults with daily living activities, so they feel comfortable, secure, and independent while remaining in familiar surroundings.
StarPoint Home Care is steeped in Jewish culture and traditions. Caregivers can prepare meals following kosher dietary laws, and Jewish Family Service will be providing special training to help team members serve the unique needs of Holocaust survivors.
Caregivers assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation and much more.
StarPoint Home Care is an example of the community working together. One goal of this partnership is to ensure current clients continue to receive necessary services without interruption.
