Job hunters can now learn to harness the power of generative AI with the help of JVS Careers. On Monday, March 10, JVS Careers will host an online event that focuses on ChatGPT and the ways job hunters can use it to improve their written content and suggest ideas for application materials. The event runs from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. and is of no cost to participants. Registration information is available on the JVS Careers website.
For those who are unable to make the March 10 event, the organization will also hold an “Advanced Chat GPT for Job Seekers” event on Monday, April 7 from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. This session will also be online. JVS Careers will cohost the event with Project EM. It is recommended that those wishing to join have attended a ChatGPT basics webinar with JVS Careers prior to this event.
JVS will also prove a webinar focused on the basics of LinkedIn, the career networking site, on Monday, March 24 from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. LinkedIn is a valuable way to explore careers and network with other professionals who share your same interests. It is a useful tool for professional development, and JVS Careers experts will help attendees learn about personalized invitations and HR strategies on the site.
