Model year 2025 Defender takes luxury adventure to new heights

(Land Rover Press Room) — The Defender brand is taking luxurious adventure to a new level with a suite of enhancements across the brand line-up for Model Year 2025. Simplified specification levels make it easier than ever to pick the perfect Defender.

Passenger comfort is taken up a notch with second-row captain chairs for Defender 130. The new seating option for the second row elevates the passenger experience with two individual luxury seats featuring armrests and separated by an aisle that provides gracious walkthrough access to the third row.

“Our vision for Defender is to continuously improve what is already a superb vehicle. The enhanced interior options mean our clients now have more choice than ever. And with the new Captain Chairs in Defender 130, up to seven people can now travel in greater comfort on both epic adventures and localized,” says Mark Cameron, Managing Director at Defender.

The luxurious new individual chairs available for second-row occupants in Defender 130 provide ultimate comfort, spaciousness and versatility, separated from each other by an aisle that gives elegant and effortless access to the third row. With heating and cooling technology, they’re perfect for first-class adventures across the globe, bringing front-row comfort to those traveling in row two.

Individual armrests on each of the two chairs raise comfort levels even further, while the aisle between the seats brings additional space for the center passenger in row three to stretch out. Twin cupholders on a raised area just behind the front center console provide extra practicality and create an informal divide between the seats.

Defender clients now have a simplified range of carefully curated option packs available:

A new Matte Protective Film provides a contemporary new exterior finish while also providing an added layer of protection to the bodywork, providing reassurance and enhanced durability to those who go off the beaten track while maintaining Defender’s exterior finish.
