Camp Chabad is proud to announce the opening of the brand new Hebrew School in the heart of Over-the-Rhine (OTR). Said Rabbi Menachem Majeski, Director of Camp Chabad, “This exciting addition to our community is set to provide enriching educational experiences for children aged 6 to 12.”
The Hebrew School, conveniently located at the Spaces Building on 15th and Vine in OTR, aims to foster a deep connection to Jewish life. Through an exciting blend of hands-on programming and activities, children learn the importance of kindness and good deeds, and experience fun and interactive programs about Jewish history, holidays and practices. The open modern space, equipped with a game room, is the perfect fit for the Hebrew School.
Mrs. Jody Rovman, whose grandchildren attend the Hebrew School, shared her excitement, saying, “My grandchildren look forward all week to going to Hebrew School.”
Classes are being held every Sunday, offering a curriculum designed to engage young minds and inspire a lifelong love for learning.
Rabbi Menachem Majeski expressed enthusiasm for this new venture, saying, “Our Hebrew School is not just a place of education; it’s a space where children can embrace their Jewish heritage, build lasting friendships, and develop a strong sense of identity.”
Parents and grandparents interested in enrolling their children can contact Camp Chabad for more information.
This initiative is another milestone in our ongoing commitment to nurturing Jewish life in OTR and strengthening our community’s bonds.
