Rachel Loftspring receives lay leadership award

Rachel Loftspring, a Cincinnati attorney, is one of two recipients of the Lay Leadership Award from the Network of Jewish Human Service Agencies.

Rachel currently serves as board chair for the Jewish Fertility Foundation. According to an announcement from the JFF, “Rachel’s leadership has indelibly changed the landscape of the Cincinnati Jewish community and the Jewish Fertility Foundation as a whole. She is a change maker dedicated to Tikkun Olam (repairing the world), making the seemingly impossible possible for those on a long and winding path to parenthood.”

Loftspring is a partner at Essig & Evans LLP and exclusively practices fertility law. Her work includes surrogacy, egg, sperm, and embryo donation.

The NJHSA includes more than one hundred and fifty nonprofit human service agencies in the United States, Canada, and Israel, with Tikkun Olam as its core value.

The award was presented at the NJHSA annual conference, PowerNET, which took place May 7-9 of last week.
