HIAS distributes scholarships to 139 immigrants

Alleged Hezbollah members among four indicted in Hariri slaying
(JTA) — Four men, including two who allegedly are members of Hezbollah, were indicted in the assassination of Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Hariri. Rabbi Chaim Stein of Cleveland’s Telshe Yeshiva dies

NYC would-be bombers sentenced to 25 years in jail, raps gov’t

Second flotilla ship damaged
JERUSALEM (JTA) — Organizers of the Gaza-bound flotilla accused Israel of sabotaging a second ship, though they have no proof of this claim.
